Tan Chou Chen
Chou Chen's practice covers conveyancing, corporate law, and civil litigation. She has extensive experience handling property transactions in the primary, secondary, and auction markets, with expertise in both conventional and Islamic loan financing.
In her corporate practice, Chou Chen supports businesses of all sizes with contract negotiations, corporate governance, and general advisory.
Additionally, Chou Chen handles civil litigation, focusing on debt and asset recovery, as well as trademark infringement matters.

Qualifications
Chou Chen holds a Bachelors of Law from the Reading University and a Masters of Law from the Russell Group university, Cardiff University. She is a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn), and an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Cheok Wenhui
Wenhui focuses her practice on conveyancing matters and estate planning.
Beyond that, she has experience in banking and finance matters, having worked on a range of complex financial transactions. Her background also includes a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, where she led a team at a leading law firm in Malaysia.
Wenhui also offers valuable counsel to clients seeking to jointly petition for divorce. She helps couples navigate the legal complexities of separation, offering compassionate and practical advice to facilitate amicable resolutions.

Wenhui holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Cardiff University and is a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple).
Muhammad Zaidi bin Izman Murugan
Zaidi is an experienced advocate specialising in civil litigation, with a particular focus on corporate and banking disputes, restructuring and insolvency, estate matters, and construction claims. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including listed companies, government-linked entities, and private institutions.
Zaidi has extensive experience in litigation across all levels of courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His expertise covers shareholder disputes, boardroom conflicts, employment and industrial relations, and commercial matters.
With a strong background in the construction sector, Zaidi provides counsel to developers, contractors, and stakeholders on project management, contractual compliance, and risk mitigation.
